Grapes are hand-picked in the Izmail region to preserve their integrity and prevent damage. Harvesting is done into small boxes of up to 13 kg, which prevents excessive pressure on the berries. To maintain quality and freshness, the grapes are transported in refrigerated trucks at a temperature of around 10°C, preserving their natural aroma and acidity. After delivery, bunches are separated from stems, and berries are sent for cold maceration after crushing. This, combined with post-fermentation maceration, allows for the gentle extraction of bright aromas, rich color, and complex flavor components from the berries, which form the basis of our wine. Only after this is blending performed. Each bottle reflects the uniqueness of the terroir near Izmail, combining the purity of nature, the skill, and the traditions of grape growers and winemakers. A minimalist approach with minimal mechanical intervention is also employed. The rich wine has a distinctive and unique character.
