Managing this website https://glasir.com.ua/ is carried out LLC “G'LASIR”, EDRPOU code 45097262, a legal entity registered and operating in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine.
The Privacy Policy defines the terms of use of the website materials and services by buyers. https://glasir.com.ua/ and protecting their personal data.
This Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy establishes the procedure for processing personal data, the types of personal data collected, the purposes of using such personal data, the Administrator's interaction with third parties, security measures to protect personal data, the conditions for accessing personal data, as well as contact information for the Buyer regarding access, changes, blocking or deletion of their personal data and addressing any issues that may arise from personal data protection practices.
The buyer, acting with the aim of purchasing the product, accepts the terms of the privacy policy.

1. Terms and definitions

1.1. For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms and definitions shall have the following meanings:

• Buyer (user) – a person who views information on the website and/or orders and/or receives goods using the online store tools.
• Goods – goods, services, works, property rights, other tangible and intangible objects, information about which is posted on the website.
• Orders – the buyer’s decision to order the product and its delivery, made in the online store https://glasir.com.ua/ or an order for the purchase and delivery of goods.
• Online store (website) – a set of software components, system scripts, logically and thematically related graphic and text files, combined on the Internet on a website at the link https://glasir.com.ua/.
• Account – the Buyer's account is created at the time of authorization on the Online Store website, which allows the Administrator to identify (authorize) the Buyer
• Cookies – a small piece of data sent by a web server and stored on a computer, mobile phone or other device with which the Buyer visits the Online Store, which the web client or web browser sends to the web server in an HTTP request each time it tries to open a page of the corresponding website.
• IP address – a unique network address of a node in a computer network built using the IP protocol.

2. General conditions

2.1. The Site is an object of copyright, which is protected in the territory of Ukraine, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Copyright and Related Rights”.
2.2. All copyrights to the site belong to the administrator. The site administrator ensures the reliability and relevance of the information presented on the site as of the date of its publication. The administrator does not assume financial or other responsibility for the interpretation and results of the use of this information.
2.3. Registration on the site confirms that the buyer has fully understood the content of the terms of this Agreement, including the limitation of liability, and has accepted these terms without any reservations.
2.4. The Site is a platform for placing offers for the sale of goods by the Seller.
2.5. The Seller may organize marketing and other promotions in order to promote the site and increase demand for goods. By ordering goods on the site, the Buyer agrees to participate in all promotions that are held by the Seller at the time of ordering goods, unless the terms of the promotion provide otherwise. The Buyer undertakes to familiarize himself in detail with all the terms of the promotion that are in effect at the time of placing the order. A Buyer who does not wish to participate in current promotions must clearly state when placing the order that he does not wish to participate in current promotions. Such Buyer will be sold goods without promotional terms.
2.6. By placing an Order on the website, the Buyer confirms the following:
• The buyer is fully and completely familiar with and agrees with the terms of the offer;
• The buyer gives unlimited permission to collect, process and transfer personal data. In addition, the buyer confirms that he has been informed (without additional notice) of the rights established by the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”, of the purposes of data collection, and that his personal data are processed, stored and may be transferred by the administrator to the seller of the goods or to transport (forwarding) organizations in order to realize the possibility of selling the goods, the possibility of making mutual settlements, as well as to receive invoices, acts and other documents. The buyer also agrees that the administrator has the right to provide access to and transfer his personal data to third parties without any additional notice, without changing the purpose of personal data processing. The scope of the buyer's rights as a subject of personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” is known and understood by him.
2.7. In order to process orders for the purchase of goods, the administrator has the right to send letters, messages and materials to the Buyer's postal address, e-mail, as well as send SMS messages, make calls to the phone number specified in the order. The administration has the right to record telephone calls with the buyer in order to improve the quality of service to the latter, to which the buyer gives his unconditional consent.
2.8. When the Buyer uses the services of the Online Store, the Administrator processes personal data, namely:
– data provided by the Buyer when filling out registration forms, placing an order, and in the process of using the services of the Online Store;
– cookies;
– IP addresses;
– parameters and settings of Internet browsers (User-agent).
2.9. The Administrator collects only those personal data that are knowingly and voluntarily provided by the Buyer as the subject of personal data for the purpose of using the services of the Online Store, which, in accordance with the requirements of the law, constitutes the consent of the subject of personal data to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the purpose of their processing formulated in this Policy.
2.10. When visiting the Online Store, all logins to the system are recorded. Other information on user traffic is not processed or stored. The Administrator is limited to collecting the minimum amount of information necessary solely to fulfill the request of the personal data subject.
2.11. The Administrator does not collect any information for the processing of which certain requirements are established by law, such as information about racial or ethnic origin, political, religious or ideological beliefs, membership in political parties and trade unions, criminal convictions for committing a crime or convictions for criminal punishment, as well as data concerning health, sex life, biometric or genetic data (in accordance with Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data”).
2.12. The Administrator collects data on statistics of visits to the Online Store. The information may include information about the connection, traffic, user browser, as well as the date, time, duration of use of the Internet and stay in the Online Store.
2.13. The Buyer agrees to the Administrator's use of cookie technology on the Website. Cookies do not contain personal information and cannot in any way read information from the Buyer's hard drive. Cookies are used to improve the quality of the Website, in particular for quick identification of Buyers, saving settings, personal preferences, tracking the status of the Website session and its specific trends. The Administrator also uses cookies for advertising purposes, in particular to manage advertisements on websites on the Internet. After the Buyer disables cookie technology, the Administrator does not guarantee the full functionality of the Website or some of its services. Cookies can be permanent (they are called persistent cookies) and stored on the computer until the Buyer deletes them, or temporary (such cookies are called session cookies), i.e. they are stored only until the browser is closed. In addition, cookies are divided into primary (they are installed directly by the visited Site) and third-party (installed by other websites).
2.14. When the Buyer uses the services, the pages of the Online Store may contain codes from other Internet resources and third parties, as a result of which such Internet resources and third parties receive your data. Therefore, these Internet resources may receive and process information that the Buyer has visited these pages, as well as other information transmitted by the user's browser. Such Internet resources may include: banner display systems (for example: DoubleClick for Publishers, Admixer, AdRiver, etc.); social network plugins (for example: Facebook, Twitter, Google+).
2.15. The use of these services may be necessary for the operational analysis of visits to the Online Store, internal and external assessment of attendance, depth of views, user activity. The Administration does not store or process data received from these services.
2.16. Accordingly, if the Buyer, for any reason, does not want the specified services to have access to his personal data, the user may, at his own discretion, log out of his account or profile and clear cookies (via his browser).

3. Other provisions

3.1. The Administrator has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the consent of the Buyer.
3.2. The new Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment of its posting on the Online Store website, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.
