Local pickup
Pick up the goods in person at our store. We can take this opportunity to get to know you and offer you coffee.
Pay attention! It is not possible to pay at the physical warehouse for orders placed online. The order must be paid in full in advance and can only be received after we confirm that the order is ready for collection.
Payment is possible by bank transfer or debit/credit card (Visa and Mastercard).
If you have not checked the goods upon receipt, we cannot guarantee that any disputes will be resolved in your favor.
Delivery to the address or branch of Nova Poshta (payment upon receipt)
Delivery is carried out by a Nova Poshta courier, and the goods are paid for upon delivery.
The shipping cost is calculated as a flat rate in the cart during checkout.
If it is possible for the courier (there may be restrictions on the geographical area or the volume/weight of the parcel) and at the request of the Client, the delivery is carried out directly to his address, at no additional cost. Otherwise, the goods will be sent to the Nova Poshta branch specified by the Customer.

Delivery is carried out by a Nova Poshta courier after receiving payment for the order by bank transfer or debit/credit card (Visa and Mastercard).

Order fulfillment time
Orders are processed by 11:00 AM every business day and are approved by us the same day.
If your order has been paid in full by credit or debit card, it will be shipped immediately and you will receive a tracking number (if you selected local pickup, you will receive confirmation that the item is ready for pickup).
If you pay by bank transfer, the order will be prepared for shipment or personal collection only after the payment has been taken into account.
Orders paid by Nova Poshta are shipped immediately.
